My name is Star Saunders, a native of the Charleston area, currently residing on Johns Island with my amazingly supportive husband, Rod. Together, we have raised three exceptional children and now eagerly anticipating two grandchildren. Outside of my responsibilities at Sea Island Property Services, I enjoy bird watching on my back porch and gardening.​
My motivation for establishing Sea Island Property Services was to elevate homeowners' experience within their own properties.
My Story
I started my career with high-end hospitality at Charleston Place Hotel. I learned the art of hospitality with the finest details in mind. During my 20 year tenure at the hotel, I handled corporate events creating elaborate settings for Mercedes Benz, L'Oreal, and so many more.
I transitioned into property management for a change of pace. I went to school and received my Property Management License from the state of South Carolina. After many years of working with vacation rentals, my career lead me to the estate management where I fell in love. My commitment for service and meticulous care of your property will be evident every time you come home. I take great pleasure in staging your residence for your arrival, ensuring it feels like your own private resort experience.
